Genus: Chelidonium L.  Description:

Abnormal blossoms: one petal with spur or baggy appendage, 6 stamens collected 3 into two strands that are fused together by the handles. Sepals 2, fallen, petals 4; shuck-shaped box, single nest-shaped, bursting into two parts, seeds comb appendage. Perennial plant with orange juice, milk and blossoms, gathered in clusters umbel-shaped racemes.

Distribution in Bulgaria:

This genus is presented by only one species in Bulgaria. Conspectus of the Bulgarian Vascular Flora conspectus&gs_l= Zlc.
