Description:

Climbing vine to 10.0 (20.0) m long; dark gray peel. Leaves imparipinnate, the axis to 30.0 cm long. Leaflets 3 - 6 pairs (7-13), 50.0 - 80.0 mm long and 20.0 - 30.0 mm wide, ovoid or elliptical lancet, on top pointed, almost naked. Stipule filamentary, lichens. Clusters 15.0 - 30.0 cm long, with many blossoms, long fiber axis. Corolla up to 25.0 mm long, pale violet, naked. Beans 10.0 - 15.0 cm long, oblong, laterally flattened, densely silky fiber. Seeds rounded kidney, yellow-brown, smooth.

Note: Introduced to decorate gardens and parks poisonous plant. The peel and roots contain a substance visterin, which is a glycoside complex properties of saponins - ie It has the effect of poison. Furthermore, all parts of the plant contain lectins. It is possible that highly poisonous effects of the seeds is caused by the substance.
